Most recently he was the Chief Executive Officer for Smaaash Entertainment, where he was responsible for driving the expansion of the firm and its overall strategy.

He has also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Big Cinemas. a pioneer who has introduced many innovative movie concepts like IMAX, Gold class, 3D & 6D cinemas in India

He has previously served Partner with the world-leading executive search firm DHR International.

Tushar has been the brand Architect for PVR Cinemas and also was instrumental to build Cinema Adverting Industry in India. He also lead PVR's IPO branding and communication strategy.

Earlier in his career, he established Concierge service for Taj Group and was the youngest and one of the first to adorn golden keys in India.

Tushar is a Bachelor's of Arts, Hospitality Management and Post Graduate in Management from IMT Ghaziabad.

He has been recognized with several awards including the 2008 Exhibitor of the year in Asia by Hollywood reporter and three-time Retailer of the year in entertainment Industry by the India Retail Forum. The most admired innovative concept of the year, IRF 2009 for Cine Diner, Retailer of the year(leisure & entertainment), Reid Tailor Award for Retail Excellence 2007 etc.
